1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations in Cameroon.
2. Payments
Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed via MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, or Card. You agree to provide valid transaction IDs for Mobile Money transfers.
3. Delivery Timelines
While we strive for fast delivery, estimated times (5�14 days) are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or local logistics issues.
4. Product Descriptions
We aim for 100% accuracy in our listings. However, if a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition per our Returns Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gifty Pearls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
